Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges We want you to be thrilled with your order! Our return policy depends on the type of item you purchased:

• Standard Items: Non-customized apparel can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and in original condition.

• Custom Orders: Because these items are made specifically for you, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on custom designs unless there is a manufacturing defect or an order error.

• Customer-Provided Items Policy: While we exercise maximum care with every project, embroidery involves automated machinery that can occasionally experience mechanical errors. We cannot guarantee results or provide replacement or reimbursement for customer-supplied items in the event of machine malfunction or damage.
